The surroundings here are the perfect place for adventures. Walking and cycling are the perfect way to explore the local environment at a leisurely pace, or guests can enjoy visits to a range of historical sites such as The Boothill Graveyard that was the primary burial place for Tombstone during its wildest years. Alternatively, how about a visit to The Tombstone Courthouse that was first built in 1882? Big Nose Kate's Saloon was once the Grand Hotel of Tombstone and is a wonderful place to take a break and enjoy an ice cold beer and a bit of the authentic Old West.
A stay here would not be complete without stepping into the OK Corral and re-living a bit of history. This is the site of the famous shootout between the Earps and some of the members of the Cowboys. Daily re-enactments of the shootout give guests a realistic look at what really happened on the afternoon of October 26th, 1881. Guests definitely won't soon forget this lively show or its hilarious characters.
