Pets are welcome. Large breeds and aggressive dogs are not permitted.
Guests should leave the rental in a relatively clean state by washing the dishes and taking out the trash.
There is a $100 refundable damage deposit that is held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation. This will be released back to the guest 7 days after check-out pending no damages.
