Fabulous 1962 Vintage Bus for White Mountain National Forest Getaways
Perfect for a unique romantic getaway in nature. Inside this bus is equipped with a gorgeous Navajo wood-burning stove, a full-sized bed, a partial kitchen, and eating area. As well as some fun vintage furniture games and books. Outside this Caravan lies in the field and boasts some lovely mountain views and its own fire pit (Wood is available for $5.00 per bundle). Be advised, it is insulated, but not heated, so if you are looking for a winter spot, pack wisely and warmly. In the summer, open the windows for a cool breeze.
Located on Toad Hill, a remote 45 acre property surrounded by pristine forest in the heart of The White Mountains. There is lots to do and see in the area. Hike, bike, snowmobile or ski from the door to waterfalls, ponds, or just around the property in search of birds and wildlife. Take a day trip to Province or Mountain Pond for both swimming and fly fishing. Toad hill also host a summer music festival and has beautiful sculptures around the property. Perfect for people trying to get away from life and into nature!
Please note that there is no running water and limited solar power electricity in this accommodation. Bring a few items including sleeping bags or sheets, pillowcases, and blankets as well as food and utensils, cookware, flashlights, and water or a water purifier. The host asks that guests practice "leave no trace ethics" during their visit. There is an outhouse located near the barn. In the winter car access is limited and guest will have to hike to their accommodations.

Glampers will be close to numerous areas that provide downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. For a break from the great outdoors, glampers can drive to North Conway. There, glampers can indulge in local cuisine, browse for unique souvenirs in local shops or the outlet mall, visit the Kahuna Laguna water park, or go for a ride on the Conway Scenic Railroad.
