Description of Glamping Units
This pet-friendly lake cabin in Aroostook County, Northern Maine can accommodate eight guests and a pet in 1,800 square feet. There are three bedrooms, two have queen-size beds and one has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is one full bathroom which includes a combination bathtub and shower. There is a separate toilet and shower in the 'wash house,' which can be accessed via a walkway from the cabin; there is an outhouse as well. Linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a coffee maker and grinder, a refrigerator and freezer, a lobster pot, oven, microwave, stove, and toaster. The pantry comes filled with the basics and necessary cookware.
For guests' entertainment, the cabin is filled with books, a CD player, DVD and VCR player,a variety of games, a music library, a stereo with a radio, and a television.
Outside the cabin, there is a balcony furnished with a table and chairs and a gas barbecue. There are beach chairs for guests use and a boat dock for lake access, the dock is perfect for Fido and a game of fetch. Guests can also enjoy the fresh air from the protection of the screened-in porch. All necessary gear such as canoes, kayaks, a sailboat, and more are provided for guests, and a motorized fishing boat is available for rent.
Other amenities include an alarm clock, basic soaps, detergent and a washer/dryer, a backpack, a fireplace with firewood, a hairdryer, beach towels, binoculars, and heating.

Fishermen are going to especially love this glamping property. In Rockabema Lake, glampers will find landlocked salmon, brook trout, and rainbow trout while fishing, and the waters that flow over the dam and into the east branch of the Mattawamkeag River make for excellent fly fishing conditions.
