Description of Glamping Units
This pet-friendly glamping site is located near Colorado Springs in Colorado, and it sleeps up to five people. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a double-sized bed. There is also a couch that converts into a pull-out bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up home-cooked meals as there is a refrigerator, a microwave, a popcorn maker, a coffee pot, a toaster, electric hot plates, electric skillets, a Crock-Pot, and all the utensils needed.
There is a fireplace inside for both pets and their owners to cozy up and keep warm by, and there is also a fire pit outside to roast marshmallows over and take in the magnificent views. The cabin does not have bathroom facilities, but there is a central bathhouse that is shared between this cabin and two others. It has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Guests can rent bikes, ATVs and snowmobiles, and Jeeps on or around the glamping site. Guests should inquire about this option upon booking request.

There is an abundance of activities for both pets and their owners to enjoy at this dog-friendly glamping site. Hiking is very popular as pets can explore wildly and discover all the hidden treasures around every corner while their owners stretch their legs and breathe in the oxygen-rich air. Fishing is also popular as it just takes five minutes to walk to Chalk Creek, and they can also visit Wrights Lake, which is just 200 yards away.
There are many outdoor activities to enjoy in the nearby areas such as hot springs just two miles away and horseback riding a five-minute drive away. There is also white-water rafting just 10 minutes away, boating 45 minutes away, and mountain biking on site. In the winter, downhill skiing is popular at Monarch Ski Resort, which is just a 45-minute drive away, and cross country skiing and snowmobiling are available just 15 minutes away. Other attractions include water slides, golf courses, restaurants, and museums.

There is a charge of $10 per pet, per night.
The host will collect a damage deposit of $250, which is 100% refundable if the accommodation is left as it was found. The host at this pet-friendly site kindly asks glampers to leave their accommodation as they found it in order to keep up with their high standards. This means cleaning the dishes, counters, and floors, along with emptying the trash. There is a dumpster at the site from May to October, and glampers should not leave any trash exposed outside for wildlife to find. Guests must comply with these rules, or there will be a $50 deduction from their deposit.
Rates are based on double occupancy, and if groups require additional guests, there is a $10 charge for each additional person, per night. Guests must be aware that if they bring any additional guests, whether that may be pets or people, and they do not include them when booking, they should inform the host immediately and/or use the drop box on the site located at Jeff's house. If the hosts are not informed, guests will be charged double the fee when leaving, which will be taken out of the damage deposit.
Before checking out, guests must make sure the wood box is full with dry and small- to medium-sized wood for the next guests, make sure the counters and dishes are clean and that the dishes are put away, and make sure the floor and rugs are clean. Glampers must also clean all the areas that they have used such as the bathrooms and the outside areas. If guests fail to do the above, there will be a $50 deduction from their deposit.
There are booking guidelines that guests must be aware of. They include that bookings cannot be made six months prior to the requested date unless booking all cabins on site. Bookings that are made over two months before the requested dates must be a minimum of a one-week stay, or guests may book two cabins for four nights. If guests make a booking one to two months before the required dates, there is a three-night minimum stay. On holidays, there is also a three-night minimum stay when made in advance at least one and a half months before booking request.
Two-night stays can be made three weeks prior to the required booking request, and reservations over weekends must be for a two-night minimum, although exceptions can be made. Bookings for a one-night stay can be made two days before the requested date.
