Description of Glamping Units
Guests will find these pet-friendly pod rentals near the peaceful North York Moors National Park in Yorkshire, England. There are two 'Big Chief' villages on the site with four eco-pods on each, and they are roughly 50 meters apart. The pods all have individual names and they are: Boggle Hole, Danes Dyke, Filey Brigg, Bempton Cliffs, Scarborough Castle, Whitby Abbey, Sandsend, and Runswick Bay. They are all heated for guests and their canine companions to keep warm in the cooler months, along with kitchen amenities such as a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are many facilities at this site for both dogs and their owners can use and enjoy. The units do not have bathrooms, however there are two shower and toilet blocks nearby. There is also an on-site reception and a shop for guests convenience, and glampers will continually be surrounded by wildlife as there is a duck pond, goats, cattle, sheep, and free range hens. Guests do not need to lift a finger while they are on vacation at the pet-friendly site as the full glamping package has everything they need and more. The package includes a breakfast pack with locally sourced eggs, milk, bacon, and sausages, a bottle of sparkling wine, a box of chocolates, a fire pit for the first night with marshmallows, tea and coffee facilities, and outdoor pop-up chairs. Dogs are given a warm welcome at this glamping site and please ask hosts upon booking for additional fees for pets. There is a Low Noise Policy so guests are asked to keep their dogs under control.
