This beautifully decorated and self-contained vacation rental that sleeps four people is an ideal spot for couples to have a romantic retreat or for families to have a rural getaway. The rental is only 20 minutes away from Wellington while also enjoying the seclusion of the 12.5-acre farm it's set on. On arrival, guests will be treated to a bottle of bubbles, and throughout their stay, they will have a list of local wines, beers, and fruit juices to choose from.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. This cozy room is wonderfully furnished and has plenty of storage space to meet guests needs during their stay. For more sleeping space, the sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable queen-size bed. Provided guests inform the hosts at the time of booking, a second double room can be made available.
There is a lovely living area with a luxurious Italian sofa which faces a cozy open fire. The lounge area also has a 42-inch television for a relaxing night in. The living room also incorporates a fully-equipped kitchen, the perfect place to cook a delicious home-cooked meal. The living area has large bi-fold doors that lead out on to a private deck. From here, guests can see the horse paddock and be entertained by the mini horses that live there while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. There is also a barbeque for some outdoor cooking in the beautiful New Zealand sunshine.
The rental is fully equipped and furnished to a high and modern standard making it a comfortable location for a getaway. The fully-equipped kitchen has coffee and tea making facilities as well as a mini-bar. The living room has a sofa that converts into a comfortable queen-size bed. A second double bedroom is available by prior arrangement. There is also a fireplace to add to the comfort of the living space. For a night in, guests can make the most of the 42-inch plasma television that has Sky, a DVD player, and there is also broadband internet installed on the property as well.
