There are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms here, with the master bedroom boasting a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate tub. The second bedroom features two single-sized beds, while the third has a queen bed. The other full bathroom can be found between these bedrooms, while the half bath is downstairs.
The great room on the main level is designed with an open concept and combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas. A comfy sofa, loveseat, glass coffee table, and a wood-burning stove make this an indoor paradise, while a large Apple TV has a variety of entertainment options on demand. Just a two and a half north of the city of Vancouver by car and a picturesque ferry ride across Howe Sound, its the perfect place for glampers who want to get away from it all. Close to the water and east of Sargeant Bay Provincial Park, the property can be directly accessed by Redrooffs Road off of the Sunshine Coast Highway. Due to the location directly across from a well-maintained beach access to a quiet cove, this property is great for fishing or watersports. Kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, boating, and windsurfing are popular in the area. The Skookumchuk Rapids are a popular place white water kayaking, and the astounding Princess Louisa Inlet is a boaters dream. Fishing and seafood harvesting in the area includes crabbing, clamming, pier fishing, fly-fishing, and deep sea fishing.
The local terrain is terrific for hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, and horseback riding. The wide array of wildlife species that live in the area allows for amazing opportunities for bird watching, wildlife photography, and beachcombing.
