With their edge-of-the-woods privacy or solo building occupancy, these glamping accommodations offer an array of facilities from cozy, romantic settings to enough room for a family to spread out. Seven of the glamping accommodations have hot tubs to luxuriate after a long adventurous day, and all of the accommodations feature a propane gas barbecue grill to cook delicious meals.
All accommodations feature a spacious porch or patio (some screened) for guests to experience an amazing sunrise while relaxing with a morning coffee. Breakfast items are stocked in each kitchen so guests can prepare breakfast. If guests would prefer the luxury of a served breakfast in the dining room of the Estate House, there is an additional charge. Check with the innkeeper to see if there will be breakfast service on guests' preferred day.
There are private parking spaces at each cottage while staying at these glamping accommodations and also air-conditioning and heating units throughout. Comphy Company sheets are provided so guests are not required to bring their own.

Location + Surroundings
This glamping property is located in the heart of Bluebonnet Country between Houston and Austin. The site is just down the road from historic Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park and not far from the welcoming towns of Chappell Hill and Brenham. Perched atop a rolling hill on land that was once a cotton plantation, the property overlooks 230 acres of picturesque landscapes brimming with flora and fauna. The host can pack a picnic basket lunch, make reservations at one of the area's many restaurants, or even stock the glamping accommodation with food items (breakfast items which are included in the room rate are eggs, sausage, orange juice, fruit cups, butter, cinnamon rolls, and biscuits). Massages are available in the spa room at an additional cost for all guests. Some of the cottages are available for in-room massages. Check with the host when scheduling the massage. There are lots of activities available at this glamping site. There's hiking, biking, bird watching, reading, and an abundance of space inside and out to just hang out, play games, relax, and unwind. Guests can enjoy hiking or biking down to the sites 14-acre lake in the evening to view a spectacular Texas sunset or go fishing. Enjoy all of the open roads on the farm and the surrounding area. There are lots of wildlife to view on the glamping site too including herons, cranes, Crested Caracaras, Red-Tailed Hawks, and plenty of Scissor-tailed Flycatchers among the many species of birds.
If glampers are up for venturing off the farm and onto the ranch, the site has an exclusive partnership with a Brenham area ranch for horseback riding. Spend some time with the ranch owner getting to know the horses, then saddle up for a trail ride on the property. Plan on at least two to three hours. Inquire about prices and availability.
Whether guests are looking to explore Texas history, experience culinary delights, or attend any of the dozens of area festivals, it is sure they will find lots of activities to do in Bluebonnet Country. Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park, Star of the Republic Museum, and Barrington Living History Farm are just of attractions to check out.

Rates are for double occupancy, and there is an additional fee of $50 per night for each guest over two (13 years old and up). Children ages five to 12 are an additional $25 per night. There is no charge for children five years of age or younger.
Weekend stays require a two night minimum in all of the cottages. Two-night minimum stays are required for all accommodations during Scarecrow Festival (October) and Bluebonnet Festival (April).
This glamping property is a smoke-free establishment. There will be a $250 charge for smoking in one of the accommodations.
Pets under 40 pounds are welcome in the cottages, but please confirm availability in advance. There is a pet cleaning fee of $50 for each pet per stay and a maximum of two per cottage. When on the property, pets must be on a leash and crated when left alone in the cottage.
There is a $250 security deposit that will be held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation to be refunded back to the guest pending any damages. Read More
