Description of Glamping Units

Sleeping 12 glampers this pet-friendly cabin is a lovely place for family or group vacations. Inside there are three bedrooms, one being a loft space. The loft bedroom holds a queen bed and two twin beds, accommodating up to four guests. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds, one a double over double and the other a twin over twin. There is access to two bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet. The host provides linens, towels, and a hairdryer so guests will feel at home.

A full kitchen is in use, fitted with a stove, oven, mircowave, toaster, and refrgerator, as well as an island with six stools. There are also kitchen utensils and diner ware, enuring guests can enjoy meals at the cabin if they wish. In addition to the island stools there is also a dining area with a large table that seats six glampers. The living area has nice leather couches and a fireplace, to relax in front of in the evenings. A television and a coffee table can also be found in the living area. Enjoy the recreational room, equipped with a pool table, game collection and extensive movie library. All of the rooms in this cabin are elegantly decorated, giving the whole place a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.

The chalet has been updated with modern amenities but keeping cabin charm. The kitchen is well equipped to make any meal and can seat 12 between the dining table and kitchen island.. The house has 3 satellite TV's, DVD with surround sound. There is an extensive DVD collection for movie night. For those chilly nights two electric fireplaces are there for additional heating and ambiance. Bedding, linens, towels are provided. There is a land line in the cabin with free US long distance. There is a pool table in the rec room for additional entertainment. The chalet has an outdoor propane grill and large wrap around porch with a private creek and during summer months 2 patio sets are available for outdoor seating. The chalet has lakes views from both living, kitchen, loft and outdoor decks. Last but not least for that longer stay the chalet has 2 washers and 2 dryers. This is a private chalet and nothing is shared!

    Due to the fantastic lakefront location and the close proximity to the forest and mountains, this property is absolutely ideal for a unique outdoor getaway. Outdoor activities are accessible year round because of the diverse landscape.
    During summer months water sports abound-- kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming are popular, as well as boating activities such as waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing and jet skiing. Launching a boat can be accessed by two parks near the chalet. Fishing is popular on the lake. Clamming and crabbing are nearby on Hood Canal. Inside the division is a large park with basketball, volleyball, horseshoe pits, playground, a swimming cove, barbecue grills, and picnic tables under a large cabana. . There is also 9 hole golf course within driving distance, so golfers should remember to bring their clubs. Mount Elinor, Olympic Penninsula Forest, and Olympic National Park are great locations for many popular hiking trails, ranging from easy to extreme. The closest towns of Hoodsport and Lilliwaup offer restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a little bit of shopping. Hoodsport also has a winery and casino just south of the town.

    This property is pet-friendly and there is a per pet daily fee of $10. Only two pets are allowed at a time. The minimum age for renters is 25 years old. There is a $250 refundable damage deposit.
