Description of Glamping Units
This pet-friendly cabin is near Bakersfield, California and can accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen-size bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the sunroom just off of the living area. This pet-friendly rental is perfect for small families or couples with pets who want an outdoor getaway. There is a wood-burning fireplace for guests to use when it gets chilly.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests might need to cook a homemade meal. While the property offers lots of privacy, it's still in walking distance to grocery stores and even restaurants.
There is a ravine to the north of the property where deer usually pass through on their way to the river, and our previous guests have been fortunate enough to view many deer and other kinds of wildlife.

The rental has no on-site office. It is imperative that guests contact the hosts via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the reserved date to give hosts an estimated arrival time. Management can then give guests information on how to obtain the key upon arrival.
For new or unknown guests as well as large groups, hosts will place a $200 to $500 hold on the credit card used for booking, as the security deposit. The hold automatically releases in seven to 10 days or after management has done a check of the property. Any damages will be taken out of that hold amount. If damages are beyond the hold amount, guests are responsible for paying.
Other areas of additional charge would include excessive trash, causing a disturbance, smoking in the rooms, or unannounced guests that haven't paid.
The hosts don't cancel booking reservations due to weather conditions. All reservation commitments must be honored regardless the weather. However, hosts do reserve the right to make changes due to any circumstances beyond their control.

Take a trip to nearby Silver City Ghost Town and Antiques for a day time traveling 100 years into the past.
Lakeshore Farmer's Market is the perfect place for guests wishing to immerse themselves in the local culture of Kernville, as well as Onyx Farmer's Market; both are open to the public and offer local produce, organic produce, fresh eggs, jams and much more.
