There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends. The only exceptions are holiday weekends when the minimum night stay changes to a three-night minimum stay.
There is a security deposit of $250 that will be collected upon arrival.
The maximum capacity of this accommodation is six guests. After four guests, there is an additional fee of $25 per night added on to the total.
