Description of Glamping Units
These pet-friendly tree house cabins are two luxury options for a unique glamping experience. The Serenity cabin is named for the peace and quiet, the cool shade in the summers, that the shelter of the redwoods surrounding the cabin provides. The Morning Lite cabin has no redwood canopy above it - tree house-like - and bathes the cabin is warm, natural sunlight every day.
Each pet-friendly cabin can accommodate a maximum of four people, although prices are based on two guests. They are one-room cabins with open floor plans, with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed. The bathroom is on the deck, with a beautiful clawfoot bathtub looking out into the redwoods. The kitchen is complete with everything guests might need to cook a meal, as if they were at home, and there is a dining table as well. The listed daily rate is for a double occupancy. If the sofa bed is used for children age 14 or under, there is an additional fee of $25 for bed linens, unless guests choose to bring their own linens for the sofa bed. If there are more than two adults, which includes children age 15 and up, there is an additional $25 per person per night

Carmel, or Carmel-by-the-Sea, is a city rich in history. Native Americans, Spaniards, and Americans have all occupied the area since the mid-1500s. Early in the 1900s, Carmel grew to be a well-known haven for artists and it continues to attract artists and performers of many kinds. The city has a European feel, full of charming streets with many different boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries. Carmel is an extremely dog-friendly city, located on the coast only 15 minutes from Big Sur.
Weather here is not as characteristically hot as what many people think of with California. In fact, the average yearly temperature is 57 degrees Fahrenheit, with the hottest months being the summer months, particularly August with an average high of approximately 71 degrees Fahrenheit. Read More

This pet-friendly property is a great place to vacation with Fido. There are many great dog-friendly trails around the area, including the Azul trail along the creek which takes glampers to a twenty-foot granite waterfall. Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve also has some dog-friendly trails and amazing views of the Bay Area. The cabins also lie next to the Colorado Canyon Road, with many fantastic hikes no matter in which direction guests and pets choose to explore.
Garrapata Beach is only a 15-minute drive from this pet-friendly rental, where glampers and pets can take a dip in the ocean or simply enjoy a walk in the sand. Day trips to Monterey and Big Sur are popular, and easy to do from this accommodation.
