Denali

Denali National Park and Preserve is a national park and preserve centered on Denali, the highest mountain in North America. The park and contiguous preserve encompass more than 6 million acres in total - so there's more than enough for you to explore! With so much land to see, it's hard to choose - but of course, the mountain Denali itself is unmissable, and best seen from the famed Denali Park Road. Husky Homestead is also well worth a visit to learn more about racing sleds, arctic survival gear, and equipment used to traverse 1100 miles of Alaska's most rugged and difficult terrain. And of course, pop into the Denali Visitor Center to learn more about this truly spectacular and awe-inspiring region.
