The one room floor-plan has an open space design with a full mini-kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, and an electric four burner range top. Additionally, the rental contains air conditioning, a stereo system, DVD/CD player, and a cozy double-seating area perfect for lounging the afternoon away. A luxury double bed and couch will give respite to glampers and the rustic space will give pets plenty of room to take an afternoon nap. The bathroom has an indoor shower, toilet, and sink. The outdoor patio is a common place to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and features a seating area, picnic table and charcoal grill.

Glampers should be aware that rental rates at these at these accommodations fluctuate with the seasons. Please note that during holidays an additional fee of $100 is added to the weekly rental price. This is applied over Easter, Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, Labor day and Memorial Day.
Through from April to October the minimum night stay is extended to a week instead of the usual three-night stay that is required for the rest of the year with the exception of November when the minimum stay is four nights.
On arrival at 4 p.m., guests will find the key in the door ready for them, and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m.
This host does not take a damage deposit but will invoice guests in the event there is any damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear.
In the event of a cancellation, the host will attempt to re-rent the accommodation, if successful the guest will receive a refund of the total amount minus a 25% processing fee. If this is not possible, unfortunately, the guest will not be entitled to receive a refund.
No smoking is permitted in the accommodation.
Hosts can provide linens for an additional $35 per week
Pets are very welcome at this rental, but there are a few ground rules to ensure everyone has a positive experience. Firstly it is very important that owners pick up after their dogs, every time and ensure that their pets are free from ticks and fleas and that animals are kept reasonably clean to prevent dirtying the carpets and furniture. Pets are not permitted on the beds or sofas. The host will provide dog beds and covers for any pets that will be visiting the accommodation however if an animal is likely to cause damage to the property the host kindly asks that these animals are not brought as it can ve very costly and problematic to fix.
