Description of Glamping Units
This deluxe, pet-friendly cabin in Illinois holds two queen-sized beds in the open loft and a queen-sized bed on the main floor. Up to six glampers can be accommodated and two pets (for no extra charge!). The full bathroom has both a shower and an antique claw-foot bathtub. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster, and a refrigerator. Coffee and tea are provided for glampers. Outside, there is a private tree deck, a front porch, a small back porch, an outdoor grill, and a picnic table. One of the best things about this yurt is that by staying here, guests will have unlimited access to the ocean via a private wharf. Feel free to bring some chairs and sit on the harbor, or grab some kayaks and get out in the water!
Linens are provided. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, heating, an electric stove in the fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen Smart TV with DirecTV, free Internet access, and a barbecue.

Because of the cabin’s great location, you’ll have access to a nearby marsh that’s perfect for kayaking and canoeing. Nearby towns include Port Clyde Village, Tenant's Harbor, and Camden.
Maine is famous for its lighthouses, and glampers can easily go touring from lighthouse to lighthouse. In fact, the famous lighthouse from the cult classic, "Forest Gump," is located in Tenant's Harbor! There are also many festivals in this part of Maine, including the Maine Lobster Festival, the Wild Blueberry Festival, and the North Atlantic Blues Festival, to name but a few. Be sure to try the lobster and other seafood while in town, too!
While this property is pet-friendly (upon request, please inquire), not all of the beaches in the area are dog-friendly, so please check each beach's regulations ahead of time.

In fall and winter, there is a minimum night stay of three nights, whereas in summer, there is a seven-night minimum stay (from Saturday to Saturday). Early check-in and check-out are not allowed in the high season. Guests who have not vacated by 10:00 a.m. will be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes after 10:00 a.m. that they are in the accommodation.
Upon check-out, guests must strip all beds and leave all used towels in the bathtub. In addition, they must remove all items from the refrigerator and wash the dishes. The furniture and furnishings must all be returned to their original location, as they were upon check-in. All trash must also be bagged and left in the receptacle provided.
Daily rates do not include taxes, additional options, and fees. The total price of the stay will include the accommodation rate, plus 8% tax, a cleaning fee of $100, a dog fee (if applicable), and a processing fee equal to 6% of the rental amount.
