Description of Glamping Units
This solar-powered, pet-friendly cabin can sleep up to three guests and a well-behaved dog. There is a double and a single bed for glampers. The bathroom facilities are located in a nearby composting toilet, warm showers in the shared shower room are available all year, and a seasonal open-air shower is available during the summer.
The pet-friendly cabin itself comes with solar-powered electricity that powers the lights and Wi-Fi. The kitchen area contains a two-burner propane stove, ice chest for food storage (ice not included), a French press coffeemaker, a coffee bean grinder, a tea pot, and all necessary cookware and tableware. In addition, guests are provided with organic coffee and tea free of charge, hand sanitizer, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, firewood, newspaper, kindling, matches, and mountain-pure drinking water from the property's personal well. To create a cozy environment, the dog-friendly rental contains a wood-burning stove for heating the accommodation and cooking.
Located just outside the cabin is a fire pit, picnic table, and a collection of camp chairs for enjoying the fresh mountain air or roasting marshmallows. Glampers will be provided with maps of private walking and hiking trails that span 33 acres of terrain with stunning views of the nearby White Mountain National Forest, giving pets plenty of area to roam free. Glampers and their pets will have access to everything they will need during a stay here, including access to private hiking trails, a wood-fired sauna, and a yoga/meditation studio for private practice when available. This property truly has everything for the glamper that enjoys relaxation and a serene environment.
This eco-friendly retreat cabin is equipped with a wood-stove during colder weather, also available is a campfire ring and chairs to enjoy nighttime under a star-filled sky. There is a hammock, a picnic table, and an outdoor restroom/composting toilet nearby. Guests and their pets will also be provided with mountain drinking water. Located on-site is a warm shower room, along with a warm open air shower and a cold open air shower, to keep warm during the winter months and refreshed during the warm summers.
Some other unique amenities are the site’s traditional wood-burning Finnish sauna steam bath, located in forest near the spring-fed mountain brook. This temple in the woods will redefine what a sauna experience is and give glampers a sense of relaxation never felt. If glampers want to explore the local area, hiking and cycling are great ways to see what the area has to offer. Beautiful lakes and rivers are waiting to be discovered, along with mountainous slopes to explore. The enchanting views in this rural part of the world will stay with guests and pets long after they return home. During the winter, glampers can also enjoy skiing and there is also guided snow shoeing through the mountains.
