Located on 22 acres of private woodland in the heart of the Hocking Hills region in Ohio, this pet-friendly cabin rental offers guests a secluded setting where their furry friends can enjoy the sights and smells of the forest, with plenty of space for long walks.
The property is only 25 minutes from the town of Logan and within easy reach of several dog-friendly national forests including the dog park at Lake Alma where everyone can splash around and cool down from the summer sun. It can sleep up to six guests with two double bedrooms that come complete with queen-size beds while there is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room and plenty of space to lay down a cozy doggy bed.
Dogs are welcome to join their owners on sofas and beds if their owners provide clean sheets or blankets to cover the furniture first. Both rooms feature a stylish hardwood floor and come with large windows with the beds themselves boasting quality linens and plush pillows.
The living room makes for the perfect hangout spot after a day’s hiking as guests can curl up in front of the fireplace or sit back in the comfortable sofas while watching their favorite shows on the flat-screen television. Guests can prepare home-cooked meals from the fully-equipped kitchen where they have access to an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator as well as a large area for preparing food on the granite counter.
Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue meal from the propane grill on the elevated deck while Fido takes in the sun and in the evening, guests can end the day in true glamping fashion by toasting s’mores around the fire pit. Read More

Glampers and their pets will find the cabin warm and cozy, as there is central heating and a gas log fireplace, which is ideal for curling up in front of. Plenty of towels and bedding are provided, however, guests should bring extra sheets and towels if their pets are likely to relax on the sofas too. Free teas, coffee, and hot chocolate are also left for the convenience of guests. To keep in touch and entertained, there is Wi-Fi, a telephone line with paid long distance service, a flat-screen television with a DVD player, movie selections, as well as board games, books, and puzzles.
This property boasts a magnificent Jacuzzi bathtub for humans and a water spigot for pets as well as a barbecue grill and an outdoor fire pit.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. There is no time limit. Guests must depart no later than 11:00 a.m. so that we can starting cleaning to prepare for the next guest.

This lovely glamping location is located near South Bloomingville in the Hocking Hills region of Southeastern Ohio—just short of a half-hour south of Logan. Glampers will be able to visit Ash Cave, Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Conkle's Hollow, and Rose Lake, which are located just 15 minutes from the cabin, and the region is dotted with fantastic natural, geological formations such as these, as well as waterfalls and beautiful forests. The cabin itself is situated on 22 acres of woodland that makes up part of the Hocking Hills region and calls itself home to deer, wild turkeys, foxes, coyotes, birds and plenty of other native animal and plant species. Lake Logan, Rock House, and Lake Hope are popular day trip destinations, and it is between 15 minutes and half an hour to more lakes, national forests, nature preserves and cultural centers. The 22 acres of woodland that surrounds the cabin provides leashed pets with a large area where they can discover the wonderful smells of the forest. Just a stick’s throw away is the dog park at Lake Alma which gives dogs the chance to splash in the water and drag their owners around the hiking and walking trails along its beaches, while Fox’s Hocking Hills Canoe Livery allows dogs to explore the pristine waters of the Hocking River with their owners on pet-friendly canoe and kayaking tours. All of the state parks in the area permit dogs that are leashed; be sure to bring a towel along since the waterfall pools are magnets for dogs. Please note that the nature preserves (Conkle's Hollow and Rock Bridge) do not permit dogs.
