Description of Glamping Units
This newly renovated pet-friendly cabin has plenty of modern features and amenities, along with heating and A/C to keep things cozy throughout the year. This rental contains a beautiful and spacious living space with a sofa, reclining chair and a TV with DVD player. The kitchen has been remodeled recently, and features brand new appliances such as a large fridge, stove, oven, as well as necessities such as a coffee maker and microwave. Plenty of cabinet space, as well as basic cookware and crockery are provided by the host, as well as a dining table and four chairs for intimate dinners.
The brand new bedroom boasts a full bed, nightstand, lamp, chest of drawers, and gorgeous antique mirror, with all linens and towels provided. A private bathroom off of the bedroom features a new bathtub and shower, as well as a vanity finished with granite.
The staircase leading to the loft is quite steep, and care is recommended, particularly for older or very young guests. A catwalk running the length of the roof connects small sleeping areas at each end, both with a double bed.
The front porch space provides stunning views over nearby mountains, which guests can view while relaxed on Adirondack wooden furniture or a cozy porch swing. A BBQ grill with utensils is available for cooking up meals under the stars, while a stone fire pit and wooden picnic table helps guests and their pets relax under the night sky. All cabins have electricity, heating and air conditioning, running water, and working bathrooms and kitchens. All cabins supply pots and pans, bed linens, shower linens, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), DVD players, outdoor fire pits, and small charcoal grills for outdoor cooking.
The nearest supermarket is The Food Lion on US Highway 29 in Lovingston—a half hour drive from the property. There are some small convenience stores in the area, the closest being about four miles away in Montebello should guests require anything for their rental.

Hiking Crabtree Falls is also not to be missed. With various viewpoints and trails, this will provide glampers with ideal spots to practice their photography skills. Glampers can also kayak, canoe, white water raft, simply take it easy and fish around the various rivers and lakes.
Further afield, glampers can explore vineyards on horseback, before sampling some of the regions delicious wine. Shopping, spa treatments, and golfing are also popular activities. In the winter, head to Wintergreen Ski Resort for some skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports.
