Description of Glamping Units
This dog-friendly glamping cabin is located in Upstate New York and has everything needed for an unforgettable vacation. It sleeps eight people and is perfect for the whole family or a large group of friends needing a weekend away. The two bedrooms both have double-sized beds, and the loft has two double-sized mattresses. Dogs are also allowed to sleep inside, but they must keep barking to a minimum.
The main bathroom is inside the cabin and has a toilet, a sink, and a shower, and there is also an outhouse, which acts as a second bathroom. Guests are asked to bring their own linens and towels. Guests can access the exterior deck from the kitchen where they can enjoy delicious meals at the picnic table with the most stunning views of the lake. The kitchen is filled with all the necessary amenities needed such as a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffeemaker, a toaster, a sink, and all cooking utensils.
Owners and their pets can relax in the comfortable living room as there is a futon, an electric heater, a wood-burning stove, and magnificent views of the beautiful lake. In the summer, glampers can indulge in activities such as mountain climbing, boating, hiking, bird watching, and canoeing. Guests can also enjoy free concerts in the local parks. There is also plenty to do in the winter such as cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and snowshoeing. The winter is a great time to come because of the local winter carnival. All the dog-friendly cabins are located on Lake Kiwassa and Kiwassa Outlet, which is surrounded by more than 20 acres of woodlands meaning guests and their four-legged friends can explore the beautiful landscape and find hidden treasures around every corner. Pets also come at an extra charge of $50 per week, and there is a maximum of one dog per rental. Guests are advised to contact the host regarding the breed of dog as some are not allowed.
