This family- and pet-friendly camping tipi in Maryland sleeps four guests with a queen-sized bed and a futon. There is an area for cooking that has a stove, a coffeemaker, a tea kettle, a dining table, LED lighting, and a propane heater. There is also a modern bathhouse that features full-sized showers, ample space for toiletries, and advanced ventilation. In addition, there are water facilities with deep sinks for washing dishes. The pavilion also features a book and magazine library, sockets for charging cell phones and laptops, and board games. Guests are welcome to roast marshmallows around the communal fire pit, and they will have access to the site's kitchen equipment and BBQ. The photo scavenger hunt will get the little ones to enjoy nature and explore the wilderness. Children will also enjoy scouring the forest after hearing the story of Moeras the Leprechaun, who is said to roam the local woods. Glampers are recommended to bring a canoe, a kayak, or an inner tube to float in, to ensure full enjoyment of the river. The water has also proved exceptional for fishing—especially for small mouth bass. In addition, there are plenty of shallow parts for younger glampers to wade in and for dogs who enjoy swimming. The hiking trails will lead glampers to beautiful views and shaded creeks to spend hot summer days.
