Cancellation Policies

Flexible, Moderate, Strict, Very Strict 30 and Very Strict 60

Flexible

  • · If the guest cancels 24 hours or more prior to check in: The guest will receive a full refund.
  • · If the guest cancels within 24 hours of check in: The guest will be charged for one full night’s stay, but will receive a full refund for the remaining nights.
  • · If the guest cancels during the stay: It is up to the owner to determine how much, if any refund, will be made.

Moderate

  • · If the guest cancels at least 7 days prior to check in: The guest will receive a full refund.
  • · If the guest cancels within 7 days of check in: The guest will be charged for one full night’s stay plus 50% of the cost of the rest of the stay.
  • · If the guest cancels during the stay: It is up to the owner to determine how much, if any refund, will be made.

Strict

  • · If the guest cancels at least 15 days prior to check in: The guest will receive a 50% refund.
  • · If the guest cancels within 15 days of check in: The guest will not receive any refund.
  • · If the guest cancels during the stay: It is up to the owner to determine how much, if any refund, will be made.

Very Strict 30

  • · If the guest cancels at least 30 days prior to check in: The guest will receive a 50% refund.
  • · If the guest cancels within 30 days of check in: The guest will not receive any refund.
  • · If the guest cancels during the stay: It is up to the owner to determine how much, if any refund, will be made.

Very Strict 60

  • · If the guest cancels at least 60 days prior to check in: The guest will receive a 50% refund.
  • · If the guest cancels within 60 days of check in: The guest will not receive any refund.
  • · If the guest cancels during the stay: It is up to the owner to determine how much, if any refund, will be made.

Non-Refundable

  • · If the guest cancels at any time, they forfeit all funds to the host and no refund will be made. It is at the discretion of each individual host as to whether the booking can be rescheduled to another available date.

Service fee is non-refundable

For each confirmed booking guests are charged a (6-12%) Guest Service Fee. This fee is non-refundable even in the event of a cancellation.
