Description of Glamping Units
A wonderful dog-friendly retreat doesn't come around every day but luckily this fairy tale accommodation near Montreal ticks all the boxes. Cooky windows and slanted walls give this rental its unique character, as well as the prime location at the top of a gorgeous maple tree. There is ample space for a family or group of friends and their pets. Stunning views from the lovely porch area means that glampers can soak up the natural beauty of the sunrise over the Owl's Head and look out over the Green Mountains. The entire cabin is a wonderful wooden structure that has all the character to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Eight guests can comfortably be accommodated in this rental and there is lots of floor space for the pooches. Guests are reminded to bring with them their own dog beds and equipment needed as the furniture is exclusively for human guests to enjoy. Most of the sleeping space can be found located on the mezzanine level that can be reached by a wooden ladder in the center of the room, and the rest is in the main living room, and guests do need to bring their own sleeping bags and towels as these are not included in the rental. Two tables in the cabin give lots of space to enjoy a meal and there is ample space to seat all and guests will find a cabinet and a cupboard where they can keep all of their belongings as well as keeping food items safe from furry friends.
The tree house is accessed by an exterior staircase up to a porch area that should cause no problems for humans and pets alike. Large windows allow lots of light to enter the cabin and in the summer months, this is a great feature to keep the cabin nice and cool. In the winter there is a wood burning stove that guests can use to cook on. This is not recommended in the summer, as it is too warm so it is necessary to bring alternative means of cooking. This accommodation is not plumbed; however, there are fully equipped shower and toilet facilities located a short distance from the tree house and in the winter there is even a sauna facility available.
Glamping with pets is a fantastic experience for all but it is important to be respectful of the surrounding area and future guests, so all dogs need to be cleaned up after. Read More
