This tree house camping site is located near Ottawa, Canada, and is the perfect rustic getaway for large groups of glamping friends and families traveling with their pets. The tree house is situated right on the lake and can accommodate up to six guests and their furry friends. There are three double beds in the tree house which are fitted with mattresses, however, the host suggests that glampers bring their own pillowcases and sleeping bags.
Guests can be entirely self-sufficient up in the trees, as there is a small kitchenette equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a simple home-cooked meal for human and four-legged glampers alike. Guests can also take advantage of the tree house's very own roof terrace and get an unobstructed view of Canada's stunning mountains.
Although it is only a 15-minute walk from the main lodge, this tree house is the most secluded of all of the properties on the site. Full bathrooms with showers are located at the main lodge, as well as laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and even a small convenience store in the summer months. This comfortable isolation allows glampers and their pets to be fully immersed in the vibrant wilderness that is unique to Quebec.
Meals can be enjoyed 'al fresco' in the summer months on the picnic table outside. There are a propane stove and a barbecue, which guests can freely use, although propane is not included in the daily rate.
