Pet Spotlight: A Champion for our tail

By Ffion Matthews

All Champions need to find their place of strength and Barks of Love was just that for this little guy. The Barks of Love foster program is a place of sanctuary for many dogs and pups who are just looking for the right people to give them love. Now we are going to give this Champ the spotlight he's been waiting for.

Here is Champion the pup who is winning the hearts of his rescuers in California. Saved from being euthanized after being born with muscle damage in his back legs, this four-month-old Collie and Shetland Sheepdog cross has been given a second chance to prove his real strength.

Barks of Love have had the patience to let him grow and show he is a fighter at heart. Champion needs a loving home to help him continue his hard work, so residents of Orange County should have a think about becoming the providers of Champ's forever home.

alt Champ's difficult start in life has not held him back and he is inspiring those around him with his positive and lively attitude. He has so much to give and if you are interested in finding out more about his story then go check him out here.

There is no melan-collie for this pup, so let him brighten up your life. If you want another way to support these puppies further don't miss the Bark Bash 2017, happening on February 26th. Some of the pawsome activities on the day will include on the spot adoption, pet modeling and even a doggie kissing booth to name but a few!

If you are already planning on treating Champ to his first vacation or looking for a place to get away with a current companion take a look at these luxury accommodations.
