Gorgeous Villa Rental with Private Hot Tub and Solarium in Sicily, Italy
Delightful villa with swimming pool and hydromassage tub, located in the wonderful Sicily, Alcamo in the province of Trapani. The villa has a garden and terraces located on Monte Bonifato di Alcamo (TP), 600 meters above sea level from where guests can admire the wonderful aerial view of the Gulf of Castellammare. Furthermore, when the fog is absent, you can see the Erice mountains, the Egadi Islands and Ustica.
The interiors of this villa are very comfortable and with attention to the smallest details. It is composed of a small entrance, living room, kitchen and fireplace. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and finally a bathroom with shower. All furnishings, both internal and external, are set up with the utmost attention to detail.
The villa measures approximately 50 m2 and was completely renovated a few years ago. It consists of large outdoor spaces for a total of 250 m2 divided into two areas, both covered by wooden pergolas. At the entrance of the villa there is a barbecue area and a relaxation area bordered by a paved platform with a heated hydromassage tub. There are also sun loungers where guests can spend hours enjoying the wonderful view of the Gulf of Castellammare.
A few meters from the house there is a large parking area, in addition to the surrounding land of approximately 5000 m2 with Mediterranean prairie plants and an expanse of vineyards.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, parking and a hot tub available at an additional cost.
